Where are you located?

We are located 10 mins south of Kamloops in a little community called Knutsford.

Do you sell to the public?

Yup! And with one price for all you are sure to get the absolute best price no matter the size of project.

Do you have a minimum order?

Nope!  No matter the size of project, we are here to help.  Note that smaller orders may take slightly longer to produce as they have to be made alongside larger orders.  But we still strive to complete an order in a week from ordering.

Do you have stock sheets and trim?

All our sheets and most our trims are made on a per job basis.  Common trims such as ridgecap, jtrim etc are usually in stock as well as our screws and accessories.

How long does an order take?

Orders usually take under a week to complete but if you need it sooner we can accommodate.

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately we do not.

What profile of roofing/siding panel do you make?

We manufacture one of the most popular pattern, perfect for roofing, siding, fencing or anything else you may need.  Note that our pattern is an exposed screw product and yes we carry the color matched screws.

How wide are your sheets?

Our sheets are 38” wide from edge to edge.  However, when the sheets are overlapped you will get 36” (3’) of coverage per sheet.

So 10 sheets would give me 30’ of coverage?

You will actually get 30’2” of total coverage with 10 sheets as the first and last sheet will give you an extra 1” as they are not being overlapped on both edges.

What is a lin ft?

A lineal foot (lin ft) represents 1’ of roofing sheet length x 36” of width.  So a 10’ sheet will be 10 lin ft or 30 sq ft.

What is the shortest sheets you can make?

We can make sheets as short as 36".

What is the longest sheet you can make?

Sheets longer than 25’ get far more difficult to transport and install so we do recommend breaking any lengths longer than 25’ into multiple sections with a 1’ overlap.  Ie. If the length from the peak of your roof to the edge of your roof is 41’ we would suggest using two sheets at 22’ to give you 41’ of coverage with a 1’ overlap that can be sealed with roofing sealant.

All that being said, if you really want them we can make sheets up to 36’.

How much does your roofing weigh?

29 gauge sheets weighs approx. 2 lbs per lin ft.  So 10’ sheet would weigh approx. 20 lbs.

Can you make custom trims?

Yup, we can make almost any trim that you need to finish off your roofing or siding project.  Note that all our trims come in 10’ lengths.

Do your sheets have color on both sides?

Our metal roofing will have the color on one side with a white wash on the underside.
